For contributions mailed to us, you will receive an acknowledgment, receipt, and certificate for your donation. For forms sent to us via the internet, you will be contacted regarding your donation.  In either case, a card is sent to the family for Memorials and/or to the person being recognized by an Honorarium. Please be sure to include their name and address on the form.
